i made this for 
i'll probably be open for about 5 icon requests for now. i'll post a journal tomorrow

i didnt add in the little wings that were in the reference that you gave me, hope thats alright >.>
i made it with a base, same with the other dancing icon i made c:
but the character is Zooma's
no stealing >:U

i trimmed the frames because they were 52x52 for reasons i do not know o3o
